Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.The EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System) Program, part of the TacAir Product Line, is one of ECS's most strategic program portfolios. Currently under contract with Boeing for EMD, LRIP, and Sustainment this dynamic program is driving significant technological advances in the field while ramping in production to support modifications of the F15E and brand new F15EX platforms.The EPAWSS NRE/ Material OPM will have overall responsibility for the entire Material Strategy for the EPAWSS Portfolio. The EPAWSS portfolio of Programs represents close to $2B in funding across the IBP. The successful candidate will partner with Production PM, their cross-functional staffs, and the Program OPMs to ensure we are well positioned with material to support our program needs. This includes: executing to our material strategy, managing the program SOA, driving affordability through our material cost take out strategy, working closely with Procurement and Subcontracts to ensure we are ordering material on time and to our cost targets as well as resolving material issues. In addition, they are the lead for all DMS events and activities on our NRE side of the program and ensuring we are supporting any requirements for Production as well as SustainmentPlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship statusRequired Education, Experience, & Skills

Strong Supply Chain and Procurement backgroundDemonstrated experience in all phases of the product lifecycle from development through sustainmentDemonstrated acumen with regard to EVMS and the ability to implement Cost Account Management best practicesExperience with proposals and the Operations proposal processHigh degree of ethics and strong core valuesExceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationshipsAbility to work both independently and as a member of team with initiative, creativity, and innovationExcellent program/project management skillsHigh level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budgetExceptional management and leadership skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise mannerStrong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • PMP, Agile, or other related Certifications
  • Manufacturing AND Supply Chain experience

  • Analytical skills and the ability to work independently to develop Leadership presentations for the Operations and Program functionPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
