ideal candidate for Seasons Federal Credit Union should possess a
strategic mindset with a proven history of driving sales growth and
delivering exceptional member service. They should possess a deep
knowledge of financial products and industry regulations,
emphasizing a member-centric approach to building relationships and
ensuring satisfaction. The candidate should be technologically
savvy, leveraging digital tools to optimize sales and service
operations, while also demonstrating adaptability to industry

growth and member engagement.The VP of Sales & Service role should
lead branch teams by setting clear goals, fostering collaboration,
and maintaining an active presence in branches. They will provide
real-time coaching, empower branch managers, and promote continuous
training and development. The ideal candidate should also establish
recognition and incentive programs to motivate staff and use
data-driven decision-making to drive performance. By encouraging

accounting and financial management, including substantial

degree is highly desirable. The salary range for this position is
$80,000 to $115,000.
