• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
• Propose longer-term strategies in how our evolving digital experiences can increase/protect revenue and/or reduce servicing costs.
• Create and maintain a digital roadmap outlining key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance the organization's digital presence and capabilities.
• Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure the performance of digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, IT, and sales teams in an agile framework.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital professionals.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or relevant technologies.
    • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
