Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to advance the goals of the Center for Computing and Interdisciplinary Technology. You will work closely with our Executive Director to lead and support initiatives across our six programs (Biotech, Business, Computer IT, General Education, Opticianry, and Continuing Education and Workforce Programs).Sample projects include:

• Manage outreach and follow-up with senior executives on our industry advisory boards.
• Create and send out regular e-mail bulletins to students within our programs.
• Set up systems to track grant outcomes and reporting.
• Coordinate class field trips and site visits.
• Manage volunteer mentors.In addition, the Project Manager will manage the Executive Director's calendar and support her with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, setting up meetings, taking notes, and following up as needed with members of the team.This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Most work will be done within the typical workweek to facilitate coordination with the rest of the team. This can be a hybrid position, with a need to come to campus 2-4 times per month. The role is ideal for someone who is not seeking a full-time position but wants to be part of a team making a difference in Boston and beyond.
