We continue to increase internal promotions and our teams have been experiencing their most successful years yet.SUMMARYResponsible for the planning, execution, cultivation, and monitoring of account acquisition and penetration of customers in designated segments. Regularly calls current and prospective clients to obtain orders for Kforce services to ensure customer satisfaction. Build solid, profitable relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in client development activities including sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, and conducting new client visits.
  • Mentor new associates in client development activities.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of self and team.
  • Call prospective or existing clients to close agreements for services.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and qualify/classify target accounts within assigned geography.
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate with Recruiter once a job order need has been identified.
  • Leverage current systems to track and maintain clients.
  • Complete required reporting and paperwork on a timely basis.
  • Develop and execute daily plan.KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:

      • Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience within the staffing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Sales experience a plus.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
