Job Description:

We are seeking a Merchandising Operations Specialist to drive seasonal operational excellence for the GPM Merchandising team. The role involves organizing key deliverables, improving processes, and ensuring collaboration across merchandising, planning, and commercial teams. The Specialist will manage seasonal timelines, coordinate product samples, and maintain tools for assortment planning and SKU management.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage seasonal merchandising timelines, ensuring alignment with key dates and deliverables.
Maintain tools for product assortment planning, pricing, and SKU management.
Coordinate product samples and support setup for seasonal reviews.
Lead the regional carryover process and communicate product updates to cross-functional teams.
Act as the main liaison with Global Product Operations for product-related topics.
Ensure seasonal files are organized and maintained in internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in merchandising operations or a similar role.
