DescriptionAs a CoStar Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate
(CRE) Lenders, you will be responsible for growing the
relationships with our (CRE) Lender clients and prospects. CoStar
Sales Executives will join a leading technology company at the
forefront of innovation in the commercial real estate lending
sector. We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships and
delivering exceptional client satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the
commercial real estate lending sector.
- Drive sales of our SaaS and data services, as well as
information services tailored to financial institutions.
- Travel to client and prospect sites within your regional
territory to foster strong partnerships and deliver exceptional
service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team
goals with local offices.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning to meet and
exceed sales targets.Basic Qualifications
- Candidates must have a track record of success in sales roles
selling SaaS and/or Data solutions to banks and financial
institutions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited/not for profit University
or College.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Candidates must be willing and able to travel to client and
prospect locations on a regular basis.
- Candidates must be experienced with sales processes,
comfortable with diagnostic selling, and committed to delivering
solutions to our clients and prospects.
- Candidates must be proactive, curious, and eager to work in a
fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must complete a background check including driving
record.Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry selling to
owners, investors, brokers.
- Success in building long-term relationships and business
partnerships with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Superior customer service and account management skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a

$80,000-$110,000 based on relevant experience and includes uncapped
